WOW International Inc. is the vision of Candy Hunter—a global powersports and media company based in Marietta, Georgia, USA, home to one of the world's largest independent motorcycle and street cart dealerships.
Candy Hunter, owner of WOW Motorcycles and several related companies, is a lifelong rider driven by an unwavering passion for anything that moves under human skill or engine power. Her career reflects decades of hard work, determination, with belief in herself and others' ability to tackle tough challenges.
Starting as a receptionist in the early 1990s, Candy worked her way through nearly every role in the dealership—learning the industry from the ground up, putting in the long hours, and doing whatever it took to get the job done. Despite facing significant financial and economic obstacles, she persevered and ultimately purchased the business in 2024, transforming it into WOW International. Her grit turned a dream of ownership into reality through persistence, smart adaptation, and an unshakeable commitment to excellence.
Candy’s deep love for motion extends far beyond motorcycles to include cars, boats, planes, rockets, racing, and every form of powered or human-propelled vehicle that delivers freedom, thrill, and connection. She sees motorcycles not as toys, but as practical, economical transportation—reliable, fuel-efficient options that can make daily life more enjoyable. By promoting this view, she aims to strengthen the entire industry, broaden its appeal, and help more people discover motorcycles as a smart, financially sound way to get around.
“There is nothing like riding down a curvy road, feeling the wind at your neck and being truly connected to nature.” Candy says. “ Being closed off in a car removes so much of the senses. Riding gives you that feeling of freedom.”
That same philosophy fuels WOW’s mission: connecting riders, adventurers, and enthusiasts worldwide. From guiding first-time buyers to their perfect ride, to arranging international sales, and offering rental experiences, Candy and the WOW team focus on sharing the lifestyle that comes with these machines.
A reoccurring sentiment from Candy is, “One of my greatest joys is helping people discover their own passion for these vehicles. Once it gets in your blood, it never lets go.”
As the powersports world evolves, WOW adapts. In response to the 2024 economic downturn in recreational products, Candy and her team expanded into low-speed vehicles (LSVs) called street carts to reach a wider, more diverse local audience. In 2025, while still in a down trending market Candy dusted off a few business ideas that had shelved for a few years. Using the downtime she formed two new companies under the WOW International umbrella with the help of some bright young minds that will directly support new customers and increase vehicle sales. With the help of many, she launched Candy’s World on Wheels, a podcast that premiered on November 1st, 2025 across major platforms. It delivers stories straight from the people, and innovations across all forms of motion—amplifying voices from the broader world of vehicles and speed. 2026 will be a focus of stronger international sales as the dust settles on international trade tariffs and the international market starts moving again.
Through leadership, media, and relentless drive, Candy continues to build a business that thrives on passion, hard work, and the belief that anyone can achieve big things with determination and belief in themselves. When you love what you do, it never really feels like work.
